Truly first-class Extra-virgin olive oil is cultivated and handled like fine wine. We therefore use our experience to offer cold-pressed olive oil of excellent quality, which is produced using only mechanical methods. All the olives originate from our own land. Here they are grown with great care, harvested as soon as they start to turn ripe and processed within 8 hours.
